Terms of Use

These terms apply to the applications and games published by Tokki Games (together, “apps”). By installing or using any of them you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
Licence
Our apps are free to download and play. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use them on devices you own or control, for personal and non-commercial purposes.
We keep all rights to the apps that are not expressly granted here, including the code, artwork, text, characters and the Tokki Games name and logo.
What you agree not to do
- Decompile, reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code, except where that right cannot be excluded by law.
- Modify the app or distribute modified versions of it.
- Redistribute the app or its content, including the question database, as your own.
- Interfere with the advertising in the app or with the way progress is recorded.
- Use the app in a way that breaks the law where you live.
Advertising
Our apps are free and funded by advertising, served through Google AdMob. Some advertising is optional and offered in exchange for an in-game reward — watching it is always your choice. What data advertising involves is described in the Privacy Policy.
We do not control the content of individual advertisements. If you see an ad that seems inappropriate or misleading, tell us and we will report it.
Third-party content
Where our games refer to real people, groups, works or brands, those names are used descriptively — for identification and commentary. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by anyone mentioned. Our games contain no photographs, recordings, logos or other copyrighted material belonging to those parties.
If you are a rights holder and believe something in our apps infringes your rights, write to us and we will look into it promptly. hello@tokkigames.com
Accuracy of content
We check the facts behind our content, but mistakes happen. If you find something wrong or out of date, please tell us — corrections ship in app updates.
Availability and changes
We may update, change or discontinue an app at any time. Because progress is stored on your device and not on a server, discontinuing an app does not delete anything you have already played, but it may stop receiving updates.
No warranty
Our apps are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tokki Games is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our apps. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here affects the statutory consumer rights you have where you live.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the updated version appears on this page with a new date at the top. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
